I received a very good news today from my supervisor which he allowed me to develop my Final Year Project using Drupal as my base system.

I shall now officially name my program e-PMS... Yeah I know it doesn't sound right but that's the best I can think for now. If you have any better idea to name it, please do tell me!

What is e-PMS all about?

The e-Patient Management System is basically managing patient details in hospitals and clinics. It is common to develop the application using VB.NET, C++ or Java. However, e-PMS will be developed using PHP and MySQL, and thus, it is a web-based system. Furthermore, Drupal CMS will be the base system for me to develop the web-application.

Not sure how far this project can go, other than just for my Final Year Project (FYP) in UCTI. Hopefully it will be all good and I will be able to publish an open source web-application for clinics :) Hospital may be way too big, but who knows, it may work well too (Which I doubt).

First day of college was awesome; Went to college about 9.30am to sign in for the course and get some documentations. After about 15 minutes, I headed back home.

And today I have wasted 3 hours to fix my Logitech Classic 200 keyboard. Found out that I didn't fix two small parts in the correct way. Still I'm glad that I finally cleaned my whole room, which in took me about 6 hours in total.

My 2 and a half months holiday is coming to an end. It felt like I just started my holiday last month.

It was a great long holiday for me to settle quite a number of stuff, especially in my projects. The biggest one would be revamping Hidden Street site into a new web system where other people are able to contribute their information on the game in our site. Other than that

Hmmm, and I don't think I have any other things to blog; Either I kinda forget what I did for this past few months, or I am just a lazy and bad blogger. I think I'm the latter XD

The interesting thing I remembered was when my parents went to Phuket, Thailand recently for the church leaders' retreat. Last year, my house was infested with maggots when my parents were away for the retreat and this time, my house was infested with alot of ants. I really do not know where did they come from, but I believe that every time my parents are away, there is big chance that my house will get infested by something. At least this time the ants wasn't as horror as the maggots :)

Finally my 3rd year of my uni life is over! Another year to go and I am not sure what to expect. The only thing I know for sure that I have to complete a final year project (FYP), where we will have a year to complete it. So I shall enjoy my 2 and a 1/2 months holiday first.

Also, the new iPhone 3.0 operating system is released. It's awesome that the Dev-Team manage to release the program to unlock/jailbreak the new OS. Time to try it out on my iPhone... Wish me luck!

At last I am posting up my birthday post! I know it has already passed for almost 2 months, but still I would like to blog about it :)

Ee Leen was really upset when she found out that I read it, but good thing she said that I read just a few words before the real content of the message lol! I got my early birthday present from my parents and I am allowed to open it on the day itself! :)

And walla...

It's a MacBook Pro! Well actually I knew it few days before it arrived. My parents were so sweet that they wanted to surprise me with this before, but something happened. Still, I am glad that I am still able to get an Apple!

About an hour ago, my dad and I headed off to 1U to get this special promotion from Mac City...

Adobe CS4 Design Premium Student Edition for only RM400! The best part is that this pack has the same features as the Adobe CS4 Premium Design (Non-student edition) which cost about RM7k+. Nyahaha!

Last few days, my dad decided to drop by Tumpang.com to get 3 copies of Kaspersky. For those who do not know what is Tumpang.com, the site is basically tumpang-ing your things on their site to sell your stuff. So that's why it is called tumpang!
