Packet 1

In my previous post, I was mentioning about using P1 WiMAX's trial. So far so good, just that I had some short down time last 2 days back and last night a frequent disconnection. Of course it was annoying to have frequent disconnection.

But then just now about 10 minutes ago, the P1 guys made an effort to call me up to check whether the line is smooth now. It seems they were upgrading some line and thus the frequent disconnection issue occurred. Hope that was really the problem that led to this disconnection thingy.

I'm really happy for P1. So far good support from the customer service side :)
