Yes, it does need a power adapter. Currently there's no antenna, but my dad asked them bout it and they said it will only be available next time o_O So yeah, not really sure about the antenna.

Anyway, the whole unit seems a bit too big to carry around.

As for the antenna, you probably don't need one unless you're in a building with thick walls, or you're at the edge of their coverage zones.

Not sure how is the connection like now as I have stopped subscribing WiMAX about 2 months plus already.

Currently i am using maxis broadband and before, i used to use celcom broadband.. celcom is worse than maxis's broadband, so that was the reason i switched to maxis..
but as time passes by, maxis broadband is unreliable too.. unstable connection etc..
and now thinking to subscribe to wimax..

If that's the case you are in now, I really suggest you should switch to P1 WiMAX. It will be way better than Maxis and Celcom broadband. Still it's sad to say that Streamyx would be still the best choice =x lol.

- yes we can do waiver in 2 days (reality: 1 month)
- yes we have high class HQ (reality: air cond doesn't even work)
- yes we have first class customer service (reality: need wait 1 hour becoz too many ppl returning their modem after 15 days free trial period)

Trust me: I'm a long suffering customer

Hi, anyone there who can assist me? How do you hook up the P1 modem to a router? apparently the cable Lan Cable supplied is to big to connect to the modem, while the ADSL cable from the modem is to small for the P1 modem? Any solution?
