JonLoh CS Server update

In order to play in JonLoh's Counter-Strike 1.6 server, you would have to download a program called the sXe Injected.

lol yeah, it seems to be dead now. Anyway I have to remove the sXe Injected too as there are too many problems with it. Kinda buggy program.
