SPM Trial - Over

At last SPM trial is over which last for 2 weeks. I can get some good rest for now but not long, and have to get back to the "study momentum" as soon as possible. Some schools haven't finish their SPM trial yet... too bad =P I heard most of the SPM trial in other school will end by this Friday. I also got back some results today and errr... They are "so-so". I'm surprise that today many of my friends have declared their own holiday... How great, while I have to go to school and do the magazine stuffs and all =_=" By the way, I don't think I can take my own holiday too.

Last few days I was thinking about getting the iPod Nano. It's kinda cool, as you can see it in my previous post. I talked to my dad about it, and he told me that I could get one of those with the money that I have earned, but what keeps on playing in my mind is his words, "You better think properly before you buy, you better think properly before you, you better think properly before buy." That "you better think properly before you buy" makes me think a couple of times whether I should get it or not. My dad gave me an advised on "Financial Management" too after that...

"I won't stop you from buying if you really want it so much, but buying that kinda thing (referring to the iPod Nano) for such a high price isn't worth it at all. Why don't you buy other MP3 players? (Info: iPod Nano is a MP3 player) Creative Zen isn't that bad, or Sony that is cheaper and good, or your guitar etc etc... Since you have the exact amount to buy the iPod, you will waste it all on just one expensive MP3 which might be the same quality as other MP3s. Usually this iPod Nano is for premium only... where really rich people will get it, that's how they manage to earn alot from there. If you can manage your money well, you will be able to use it later to buy more stuffs than just an iPod, and also with satisfaction (Can't remember what he said exactly, but it's something like that)."

I'm kind of disappointed after that when I realized it might be not worth buying the iPod. Oh well, not to say that my dad is stopping me from buying the iPod. I can straight away take the money from the bank and get it one right away. BUT, I know that hearing an advise from ma' old man is more worth it than just the lil' iPod Nano, and who knows... It might bring lots of benefit to me next time ;)

Before I stop here, I would like to say that FINAL FANTASY 7 : ADVENT CHILDREN is a must to watch!
