SPM Trials

Bleeeehhh~ SPM trial started last Thursday, right after Merdeka day. The SPM trial papers weren't easy, as I expected. I did revision during the past few weeks till the day SPM trial starts especially Biology. Unfortunately, today's biology paper 1 and 2 was torturing, and the questions weren't easy to understand and to answer. Does this mean I didn't study enough? Well, maybe I didn't. Tomorrow is AddMaths 1 and 2... which I expect it will another torturing paper for the whole morning. Have to study so much for it until I got stressed up.

Speaking about stress, some of you guys (church fwens) didn't know about the story of my friend (It's a she) who got so stress until admitted to hospital ("OMG!! JoN?! You're serious?!). The doctor said that she didn't have enough salt (or garam mineral... not sure) in her body when she was admitted to hospital. My friends said that her feet got swollen and couldn't walk. As the day goes by, her condition got worst, where some time she can't even think why she's in a hospital and she'll just go blank. Because of all this, she won't be able to take the SPM trial and also this year's SPM! (OmG!! JoN?! You're serious?!)... She have to take the SPM next year cos now her condition is still bad, even though she's better when my teacher visited her yesterday or last 2 days.

So, don't ever study too hard. The pressure and stress is "amat dahsyat". Have consistent study everyday, and drink lots of water XD (It's a piece of advise for me too)
